Return/Exchange Policy

Welcome to eRAH stores

All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

  1. Return/Exchange Window:
    • Merchandise can be exchanged within 3 days at the same eRAH stores at the current (last discounted) price.

  2. Dual Exchanges:
    • Dual exchanges are not permitted.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • An invoice or e-receipt is required (or the exact date of purchase to track the transaction).
  4. Condition of Merchandise:
    • Exchanges are only possible for unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
  5. Defective Merchandise:
    • Defective items can be exchanged or refunded at the store of purchase at the purchase price.
    • Please notify us of any defects within 3 days of purchase.
  6. Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Clearance sale and factory outlet purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  7. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • Refunds are available only for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, with all reverse logistics costs to be borne by eRAH Stores.
  8. Credit Vouchers:
    • Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.
  9. General Exchange Policy:
    • All merchandise, including denim jeans, can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with authorization from our customer service desk and/or proof of purchase at any eRAH stores across Pakistan.
